CGEE potential clients are women who do not have access to the credit facilities offered by commercial banks due to lack of material collaterals.

ABOUT ASSET LOAN

This is a loan facility given to our clients to acquire property(s) needed for their day to day income generated activities and further enhance the productivity of their enterprise such as generator, refrigerator, grinding machines etc. It is repaid on a monthly basis.

FEATURES

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE FEATURES OF ASSET LOAN:

  • Facility range: N20,000 (minimum) to N200,000 (maximum)
  • Methodology: Individual lending but group liability
  • Duration: 10 months
  • Grace period: 2 months
  • Repayment frequency: monthly
  • Clients must belong to a group
